I won't draw:

> Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the commissioned work in any manner for purpose of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work (commonly known as "AI art"), including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the work.
> Client shall not sublicense other to reproduce and/or otherwise use the commissioned work in any manner for purpose of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work,
> The payment for the work must be done upfront. Payment plans are possible but the work won't be finished until the full payment is received.
> If asked a messy sketch can be provided before payment.
*The sketch is not to be used if you decide not to proceed with the commission.
> WiPs ('Work In Progress's) will be sent to you after every milestone (such as sketch, lineart, flat colors, more only if the commission is complex).
> If you wish to receive the finished art within a certain timespan, an additional rush fee is required.
*The price of the fee depends on the amount of time until the deadline provided, starting from 5USD.
> The commission will not progress until you approve the WiP.
> You are NOT allowed to use the commissioned work to make profit unless agreed upon beforehand.
> You are NOT allowed to edit out the signature or watermark.
*The signature is my nickname handwritten on the art.
*The watermark is my logo added to the art with lowered opacity.
> You have to provide credit if posting the art anywhere, for example by adding a link or my nickname to the post. Lack of either of those counts as lack of credit.
> If you ask for a refund after the sketch, you will receive the amount you paid subtract the worth of the art so far.
> I can make up to 3 changes on the sketch stage, any more changes will come with an additional fee. I can make one change on the flat color stage, any more changes will come with an additional fee.
*The price of the fee depends on the complexity of the changes, starting from 5USD.
*MY MISTAKES DO NOT COUNT. All mistakes on my side will be fixed for free.
> Please, prepare at least one visual reference OF YOUR CHARACTER. Working on a description will cost an additional fee.

- 20% discount on canon characters from fandoms I’m in
